You are permitted to update DOB by presenting any of the valid document as per the list of documents available at (List of Supporting Documents) , in case your you need further update in DOB you require a birth certificate to update the same and follow the following process.
1. Enrol at the nearest centre with birth certificate and affidavit as mentioned in the SOP
2. Once your request gets rejected for limit exceed, please call 1947 or mail at grievance@ and request for exception processing of DOB update through regional office, by providing the EID/SRN number.
3. If you have recorded DOB in Aadhaar by submitting a birth certificate with different date, please ensure to cancel the old birth certificate while collecting a new birth certificate with different date.
4. While sending the mail please ensure to attach all the required documents such as EID slip of latest enrolment, new birth certificate, affidavit and cancelled birth certificate in case birth certificate with different date already submitted.
5. Your request for DOB update shall be processed with recommendation of concerned regional office.
